Reflection Blog Post

I can definitely say creating another Wix account was a task! However, I just considered it another chance to learn something new and get better at creating websites. Although it was a little challenging I definitely enjoyed creating my site and getting the hang of things. The easiest part about setting up my WIX account was choosing a theme. There was so many themes to choose from, but I wanted one that was professional and that showcased my personality.

Setting up my site and rearranging everything was the challenging part. I used WIX previously in COMM 305 which I also took with Prof L! I decided to create a completely different site from the last time, because I wanted a fresh start. I am so glad that I made that decision becuase I love this site so much more than my previous one. It had been a while since I used it and the theme that I chose had a lot more aspects to it. That made things a little more challenging! However, I do think because we will be using this site for the entire semester that I will get the hang out if soon.

I am very excited about creating a brand new Wix page! I would like to focus a lot of attention to my resume and sample writing. My resume definitely needs to be cleaned up a lot, because I want to make sure that I have an excellent resume. I definitely want to make sure that my sample writing is great and that it sets me apart from others.

Having a great social media presence is definitely an amazing way to highlight my abilities. However, there is definitely a certain etiquette that goes along with this. I have to showcase my abilities in a professional manner at all times while letting my personality to shine as well. Your personality sets you apart from everyone else and that is how people remember you.

As of right now I do not have any questions concerning the ePortfolio project. To be honest I just hope to gain a lot of knowledge that will help me along my journey to obtain my future dream career/job.
